If you experience an issue with your service, please contact The Chic Nail House within 7 days of your appointment. We will assess the issue and, when appropriate, offer a complimentary repair or correction. Refunds will not be issued in place of a repair or correction. Any concerns must be reported within the 7-day period and may require photos and/or an in-person assessment.
